Because 300 words is hardly enough to wrap what essentially amounted to 63 straight hours of music. Because the bands I labeled standouts in my TJI deserve more rub than the single sentence of praise I was able to afford them.
If you're still vertical after a day of drinking with House of Pain, the Dropkick Murphys, and/or Gaslight Anthem, the thing to do would be to pour yourself into ESTATE for Karmaloop's St. Patrick's Day throwdown with A-TRAK -- who, when he isn't plotting world domination with his label Fool's Gold (home to Kid Sister, Kid Cudi, Congorock, and Boston's own Sammy Bananas), or jet-setting on the decks with Kanye West, still somehow finds time to make kick-ass records.
